"M&A Review" is a specialized M&A  magazine in the Japanese language and was first published in 1987. In the global market where the competition intensifies, it provides the indispensable practical knowledge in; plan drafting, evaluation technique, related laws, negotiation know-how, post-M&A measures, and case studies etc., for the growth strategy of the Japanese companies. It also provides  the detailed data of M&A deals by Japanese and foreign companies.
